This Privacy Policy explains what information NeonJackpotParty, operated by OMD AS, collects when you visit the Site, how that information is used, and what rights you have over it. Written to comply with GDPR, the UK DPA 2018, and equivalent regimes elsewhere.

1. What we collect

Information you provide. NeonJackpotParty does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email, phone, date of birth, payment details, or address. If you write to us at the Terms-page postal address, we retain the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Anonymous session identifiers (chip-balance persistence within a single visit); basic analytics (page views, session length, device type, browser version, OS, screen size, IP-derived country); technical server logs (operation, abuse prevention, security incidents).

Deliberately not collected. No facial recognition, no fingerprinting, no persistent device tracking, no voice analysis, no behavioral targeting, no third-party data broker enrichment.

2. How we use the data

For: operating the Site and serving the games; understanding popular features at aggregate level; detecting and preventing fraud or abuse; responding to your messages; complying with legal obligations. We do not target ads or build individual behavioral profiles.

3. Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your information for marketing purposes. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be shared with technical contractors who help operate the Site. We may disclose information when required by court order or law.

5. Retention

Session data is dropped when the tab closes. Analytics logs retained in aggregated form up to 26 months. Security logs may be kept longer for active investigations.

7. Children

NeonJackpotParty is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, write to us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

OMD AS is in Norway. If you access from outside the EEA, your data may be processed in countries with different data-protection regimes. We use SCCs and equivalent measures to keep your data protected.

9. Updates

We may update this Policy. The Effective Date will reflect the latest revision. Material changes flagged on the home page.
